No. Once the application has been submitted, the eVisa application begins processing automatically and fees are non-refundable.

Upon arrival at immigration you will need to present your passport and a print-out of your eVisa, if you are required to have one.

Once the eVisa is approved, it will be emailed to you. You must print a copy to carry with your passport and bring it along when you travel. When you arrive in Azerbaijan, you must have your eVisa printout with your passport.
